Participation of Latin America in the SBCC Summits

At the SBCC Summit 2016 in Ethiopia, the participation of Latin America was very precarious. According to the presentations and posters approved for this version, it seems that this time it will only be a little bigger but it will not be different. Despite all the contributions of Latin America to this field, including the development of participatory methodologies, for example, it is a challenge to guarantee broader participation in the future, including presence, but also from the strengthening of other communication channels that allow it, such as streaming, translations into Spanish and Portuguese, among others. What ideas and proposals would you have to expand and guarantee this Latin America participation?
